Wood Buffalo Regional Library benefit provider is Desjardin.  You can use the website to log in and submit claims and view your coverage.

Both Wood Buffalo Regional Library and Keyano College use Homeweb as an Employee and Family Assistance Program to provide supports outside of paid health benefits.  Many resources are available, free of charge, and the service is confidential.
